Creative Upgrades came out, viewed the property, and provided an estimate for my patio. The workers were courteous and respectful and did a good job with keeping me informed of the work they were doing (step by step). The work took a less amount of time that was quoted which is always good. Any time that I had a question or concern, I could call the point of contact at the company and she would thoroughly answer any questions that I had. Overall, I am satisfied with the job that was done and would use them in the future for any patio projects.
